Hello everybody!
Hello and welcome! My Marlakins webpage was originally created to document my aplastic anemia experience. Much of my recovery time was spent studying and researching natural ways to improve my health. However, now it has been just about 5 years since my last blood transfusion, and my life doesn’t revolve only around regaining health anymore. So as a result, there have been few recent entries to my website because there really hasn’t been much related to aplastic anemia for me to update. But I thought that it would be nice to keep the website active as an encouragement to others that there is life after aplastic anemia. So this blog space is open for any types of discussion from aplastic anemia, general health issues, new and interesting books read, today’s mood, interesting news, jokes, whatever. . . Hopefully this will be a relaxed setting to chat and share. I look forward to hearing from you!

Hi Marla,
Congrats on your new blog and thanks for calling Wed.
Other than the bad news about my two friends I am dooing well. I even went to a run in Palos Verdes last night and kinda jog-walked the whole thing, about 6 miles. Once out, I had no choice. The end was unknown and it was all on hiking and horse trails so I had no idea where I was at any time.
Your Turkey pics were great.
Scott
PS: you really must 86 or change the mortualry music on your web site. Ha’s!

Ok, Scott, I figured it out. Appears that I have to “okay” all the posts before they appear on the blog. . . I didn’t know that or know if there is a way to bypass that. Anyway, just so ya’ll know, just type in, and when I check it, it’ll post.
And yes, yes, I know the music is getting old! LOL When I get off me lazy bum, I’ll change it. Any suggestions?
