18 Already?
My oldest son turned 18 years old yesterday. I don’t really know what to say, but that I just can’t believe where the time has gone! It seems like not long ago, I was just 18! Ha ha!
Well, here we are at Real Food Daily in Los Angeles. I’m on the left, Andrew is in the middle, and Aaron (my youngest) is on the right.

Ha ha! Juddabar! Is that you? I know. . . I still need to replace that music. Just haven’t gotten around to looking for something else. I’ll try to catch you online sometime to catch up. Gotta clean up around here and pack up today for a short 3 day trip starting tomorrow. But maybe I’ll run into you some time next week?

Hey i had quiet an experience after I went to Nicks site and saw him moving around the house and swimming. It really affected me….still with me now.
